Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, chopped rosemary, vinegar, salt and pepper. Rub the lamb rib chops with seasoning and allow to marinate at least ½ hour.
- Heat grill to medium high and grill meat 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare.* Remove from grill and serve. *USDA recommends cooking lamb to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
