Recipe:Grilled Australian Lamb Rib Chopswith Rosemary and Sea Salt

Our lamb chops partner perfectly with fresh rosemary in this simple, yet enticing recipe. Serves 4 - 8.


Serving Size


  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, chopped rosemary, vinegar, salt and pepper. Rub the lamb rib chops with seasoning and allow to marinate at least ½ hour.
  2. Heat grill to medium high and grill meat 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare.* Remove from grill and serve. *USDA recommends cooking lamb to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
