Instructions
- In a medium braising pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Season the beef stew meat with Butcher’s Salt & Pepper. Place in hot oil. Sear until evenly browned on all sides.
- Add the pepper trio, garlic and cilantro. Stir fry for 5 minutes, and add the rest of the ingredients except for the potatoes and carrots.
- Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Simmer for one hour and 15 minutes.
- Add the carrots and potatoes. Simmer for 10 -15 minutes until vegetables and meat are tender. (For Slow Cooker, Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook in low for 8 hours). *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F
