Cooking
Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Season steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Sear steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 125°F-130°F for medium-rare.* Cover with aluminum foil and let rest.
  3. Mix all ingredients of Cajun Horseradish Sauce in a small bowl with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat until warm.
  4. Serve steaks with sauce on the side and your favorite green salad.
    *USDA recommends cooking beef to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
