Recipe:Brioche French Toast

Our buttery brioche bread soaks in just the right amount of egg for a delicious, fluffy French Toast. Top with powdered sugar and berries for a sweet start to the morning! Serves 3 - .

  • French Brioche Loaf (preferably a bit stale)

    1 package
    qty 6 Slices
  • Large Eggs

    qty 3
  • Milk

    qty ½ Cup
  • Sugar

    qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Vanilla

    qty 1 tsp.
  • Toppings:

  • Confectioner’s Sugar

    qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Fresh Strawberries

    qty ½ Cup
  • Whipped Cream

    qty 2 Tbsp.


  1. In a square or rectangular deep dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Preheat a flat griddle or non-stick 12” frying pan with non-stick spray to medium-low temperature.
  3. Soak both sides of the brioche slices in the egg mix and place in the griddle or pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Place on a plate, dust with confectioner’s sugar and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh strawberries on the side.
