Instructions
- Season burgers with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
- Heat the brioche bun in a warm oven.
- Place a slice of tomato on the bottom bun, place the cooked burger on top then crumbled blue cheese, 2 bacon strips, some arugula and top with other half of the bun.
