  • Bad to the Bone Pork Seasoning

    Qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Freshly Ground Coarse Black Peppercorns

    Qty 1 Tbsp.
  • For the Beer Brine

  • White Vinegar

    Qty ¼ Cup
  • Water

    Qty 2 Cups
  • Beer

    Qty 24 Oz.
  • Sugar

    Qty ¼ Cup
  • Salt

    Qty 1/4 Cup
  • Oregano Leaves

    Qty 1 tsp.
  • Granulated Garlic

    Qty 1 Tbsp.
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

    Qty 2 Tbsp.


  1. Mix brine ingredients in a glass bowl and place chicken wings in the brine. Cover and marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven 375°F. Spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Pour brine out, pat the wings dry, and place on roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn wings on the other side, sprinkle pork seasoning and ground peppercorns on top and continue to roast for 15-20 more minutes.* Skin should be crispy and golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a platter and serve hot with your favorite wing sauce. *USDA recommends cooking poultry to a minimum of 165°F.
