Recipe:Bang Bang Alligator Tenderloins with Panko Crust

  • Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves 3



  1. Cut Alligator tenderloin into ¾” x ¾” cubes. Season with Blackened Seasoning and salt.

  2. Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.

  3. Coat each tenderloin in flour, then beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs. (Tip: You may prepare this ahead of time and refrigerate).

  4. Prepare Bang Bang Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.

  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 360°F. Fry the breaded alligator for 3-3 ½ minutes. Drain on a paper towel.

  6. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle sauce over. Sprinkle chives as a garnish.
