  • Meatball Mix:

  • Antibiotic Free Ground Beef 85% Lean 15% fat, thawed

    Qty 2 lbs.
  • Garlic Cloves, chopped

    Qty 4 cloves
  • Onion, chopped

    Qty ½
  • Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns

    1 bottle
    Qty ½ Tbsp.
  • Parmesan Cheese

    Qty ½ Cup
  • Oregano

    1 bottle
    Qty 1 tsp.
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

    1 bottle
    Qty 2 tsp.
  • Eggs

    Qty 2
  • White Bread, cubed

    Qty 3 Cups
  • Milk

    Qty ½ Cup
  • Toppings:

  • High Quality Marinara Sauce

  • Grated Mozzarella

    Qty 4 oz.
  • Parmesan Cheese

    Qty ¼ Cup


  1. Preheat oven 350°F. In a bowl, soak the bread in milk.
  2. Combine all ingredients of meatball mix in a bowl, add soaked bread and shape into 4 oz. meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in a glass or oven proof baking pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.*
  4. Remove from oven and proceed to assemble.
  5. In a small sauce pan, heat the marinara sauce. Pour over each meatball, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake until melted, about 10 minutes. *USDA recommends cooking ground beef to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F
